Dr Dana Leben

Neurology

Dana started at VRH in February 2021 as an intern for the neurology team. Prior to this she was working in emergency medicine for the past few years.

She attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and graduated with honours before attending the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies in Edinburgh, Scotland. She loves working in the neurology department as it is a passion of hers.  The team is also made up of exceptional people!

She has a grey tabby cat named Kevin who is equal parts rapscallion and cherub. In May 2021 she welcomed Babka into her home, who is a mutt and quite the mensch. When Babka is a bit older she hopes for him to become a therapy dog and visit those that need some cheering up the most.
