Emergency Nurse

Chelsea became a Cert IV qualified vet nurse in 2018 and worked in many general practice clinics in Perth, before moving to Melbourne in late 2020. She spent several months locuming at various clinics in Melbourne before settling into her new role as an Emergency and Critical Care Nurse at VRH.   

Growing up in Perth and Canada, Chelsea was always surrounded by pets from cats and dogs to hamsters, frogs and various other creatures. She is currently the proud mum of two cats  – Dewy and Ivy the ‘foster failed’ siblings, Penny the guinea pig and Cynthia – a Stimson’s python who is unsurprisingly not as cuddly as the cats.  

Outside of work Chelsea finds herself fostering sick kittens, playing video games and exploring Melbourne.
